I grant Black Brilliance on the Rooftop, Kim E. Events, The Global Connecter, Ralph Belony, Katie Anne, and affiliated partners permission to photograph and record me during all event activities and to use those images and videos for marketing, promotional, educational, and media purposes without compensation.*

I understand participation in the Timeless Excellence Fashion Show is voluntary. I assume responsibility for my participation and release the event organizers, designers, venue, sponsors, volunteers, and partners from liability for injuries, loss, or damage except where prohibited by law.*

 I understand this is a volunteer modeling opportunity intended to support the Timeless Excellence Fashion Show and community initiative. Participation does not guarantee financial compensation unless otherwise agreed to in writing.*

I agree to conduct myself professionally and respectfully toward organizers, designers, fellow models, volunteers, and guests. I understand that disruptive behavior, harassment, or failure to follow event policies may result in dismissal from the event.*
